Start by whipping the egg whites.
Pour in the sugar and dissolve, stirring gently.
Bring to 121 g pour gently into the egg yolks and continue whipping, adding the mascarpone little by little.
Line a zuccotto mold with cling film.
Slice the Freddi SwissRoll Tiramisù.
Cover the surface including the bottom, then pour part of the cream and form a layer of snacks cut into large pieces, continue in this way until the end.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Turn out and serve.
