Line a bowl shaped dome with plastic wrap.
In a container stir mascarpone, cream and icing sugar to have a smooth and swollen cream.
Line the bottom of the container with Freddi Dolcetto Dark.
Coating the wall with 10 ladyfingers soak in the syrup.
Fill with a layer of mascarpone cream and a large diced strawberry or two small.
Cover with two Freddi Dolcetto Dark snacks and the piece of them.
Fill with other cream, cut 3 strawberry or as you need and insert between the ladyfingers and then cut other strawberries into cubes and cover the cream with them by pressing them lightly.
Close with other snacks on top and pieces of ladyfingers to cover everything.
Coat with plastic wrap, the lid of the zuccotto or a plate if you don't have it and rest in the fridge for at least two hours.
Turn the zuccotto over a tray, decorate with whipped cream, cut strawberries and sugary hearts.
