Whip the cream added with the cream cheese and two tablespoons of syrup until frothy and put it in a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
Divide each bar cakes Freddi Dolcetto Cherry into two parts by the cream and arrange six halves on a serving dish. Stuff with a layer of cream, cherries in syrup amount to taste and cover with cookies cut of the same size of the bar cakes.
Stuff again with cream and cherries in syrup and cover with the remaining layer of bar cakes. Decorate with the remaining cream, cherries in syrup, mint leaves and small pieces of biscuits.
Let stand for an hour in the fridge before serving.
