150/200 g dark chocolate
50 g white chocolate
colored chocolates as needed
about 2 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
powdered sugar as needed
1 Nativity stencil (or print it on cardboard and cut it out)

To create your own Sweet Nativity, you must first freeze for at least 1 hour 2 Freddi Dolcetto Cherry that will become small trees, the 3 Freddi Dolcetto Dark on which will be applied the stencil to the Nativity and the 4 Freddi Ballerina Coffee needed to make the walls and the roof.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, it will be the glue that you use to join the snacks, the various decorations and to cover the roof.
Remove from freezer 2 Freddi Dolcetto Dark and combine it with the glue to form the background to the Nativity. Melt white chocolate with 2 tablespoons of cream, when it is fully dissolved and 3 mixed, let it cool slightly, it should havea creamy consistency, with a spatula spread it on the stencil, removing the excess, and sprinkle the sugar, when dry will give a nice shiny effect. When the chocolate has hardened, with a brush remove excess sugar and gently remove the stencil.
Walls: Take 2 Freddi Ballerina Coffee. Paste them with the decorated side outward-looking, leave them a few minutes to harden in the freezer.
Roof: Divide into two pieces the last Freddi Dolcetto Dark to obtain 2 squares. Divide them again to get 2 triangles that will help close the gaps between the walls and roof.
Spread the chocolate at the top of the walls and lay the last 2 Freddi Ballerina Coffee with the decorated side up, trying to get them to join the best you can, make the chocolate harden, take pieces of Freddi Dolcetto Dark left over, cut a piece to close the central part of the roof.
Cover the whole roof spreading gently the chocolate, cover the rear part of the roof, always with the melted chocolate so as to fill any cracks.
Finally, with the dark chocolate pave the Comet with the mold, if you have it, alternatively use a star and a triangle, lay on a baking paper fill them in half with chocolate, place in freezer 10 minutes. Remove the star from the mold and attach it to the center of the roof, among colorful chocolates.
Take 2 Freddi Dolcetto Cherry and with the knife cut different size triangles, combine them to form a small tree and stick to the outer walls of the hut.
Finally the hut lying on a platter and sprinkle with icing sugar to simulate snow.
