FOR THE SYRUP
Prepare a pastry.
After the classic rest in the fridge for about half an hour, roll out the dough, covering the pan with parchment paper.
Put on the bottom 3 Freddi Dolcetto Cocoa, cover with apricot jam. Decorate the tart with dried fruit. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before covering with sugar syrup. Prepare the syrup stirring in a saucepan 200 g of sugar and 100 ml of water.
Bring to a boil, transfer into a glass bowl and cover with plastic, waiting for it to cool. Cover the tart with syrup.
Cooking time: 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
