Soak the glue in cold water.
Over a very low flame, bring the cream with the sugar and the chocolate to the boil.
Remove from the heat and add the well-squeezed isinglass.
Pour the cream into the middle of a mold, then place a piece of Freddi Buondolce Strawberry&Yogurt snack in it and cover with the cream.
Transfer to the fridge at least 4 hours.
To decorate, I made a white chocolate hemisphere and inside I put fresh fruit and a snack into small pieces.
At the base I put muesli and other pieces of Freddi Buondolce Strawberry&Yogurt.
