Take a small container suitable for single portions and chop the Pavesini.
Create a first layer with the pieces of Pavesini and dip or brush with vegetable milk.
Add two tablespoons of custard, previously prepared and cooled and level carefully.
Take a Freddi Buondolce Orange-Carrot snack (perfect both for the general combination and for the color that recalls and gives the mimosa effect), chop it to recreate the mimosa effect and distribute it on the custard layer.
Finish this first layer of our single portion with a handful of strawberry cubes.
Once the first layer is finished, proceed to create another one, with the same procedure (up to the cream).
Add the Snack-mimosa and garnish with strawberry pieces.
Leave in the fridge overnight and savor slowly the next day.
