Cut out the Freddi Dolcetto Cocoa snacks in half widthwise, and with a round pastry cut out circles the size of baking cups. Cut into small dice the leftover snacks.
Work the mascarpone with the salt, the eggs and sugar until creamy; flavor with the vanilla bean seeds. Add sour cream and mix well. Place in a baking cups each base Freddi Dolcetto Cocoa and pour over the cream fi lling ¾ full.
Bake in preheated oven at 150 ° ventilated mode for about 20 minutes.
