Wash and slice the apples into slices. Prepare all the ingredients and use the glass for the measurements.
Put all ingredients in a mixer to blend, then pour half mixture into the mold for a Plum Cake, that has been previously buttered and floured.
Arrange the apple slices, then the other half of dough and finish with the remaining apple slices.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve when cooled and you can decorate it with powdered sugar if you please (personally I have not done it, I appreciate it being so simple).
