For Eggnog:
4 egg yolks
90 g sugar 80 ml of Marsala
For the topping:
FREDDI O'Mamma Tiramisù
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
bitter cocoa powder
dark chocolate for garnish
Eggnog preparation:
Put the egg yolks, sugar and Marsala in a pot placed in a double boiler, hot but not boiling. The bottom should not touch the water. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and tripled in volume.
Place in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.
Meanwhile cook the puff pastry in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes taking care to prick it with the tines of a fork and cutting the shape of a rectangle more or less the size of the slice of Freddi O'Mamma Tiramisùand sprinkle with sugar.
Assemble the dish with the puff pastry, the Eggnog, the cake slice.
Finally garnish with the bitter cocoa and chocolate decorations. Chill at least one hour before serving.
