spreadable hazelnut cream as needed
whole or ground almonds as needed

Spread the puff pastry on a work surface.
Arrange half a Freddi Moretta Tiramisu snack (or your filling of your choice) in a regular and spaced way on the puff pastry. If you want you can soak the snack in the milk.
On each snack we place a teaspoon of hazelnut spreadable cream.
Add an almond or chopped almonds on top.
Cover with the second roll of puff pastry (or use only one sheet by placing the filling only on half the roll and covering with the other half).
With your hands we tighten the dough around the filling and with the help of a cup-dough we obtain as many disks as the fillings.
Arrange the discs of puff pastry on a plate covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes or until it is well swollen and golden.
Remove the donuts and let them cool.
Finally sprinkle with icing sugar.
