100 gr sweetened vegetable whipping cream
5 gr instant coffee for milk
coffee beans
Put cold cream from fridge in a high-sided bowl and add coffee.
With the electric whisk, work until a thick cream is obtained.
Place cream in a pastry bag with a star nozzle or whatever you like and decorate as desired.
You can serve immediately or keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Decorate with coffee beans. Exquisite!!
