FOR ICE CREAM
DECORATION
Prepare first the ice cream without the use of ice cream machines. Put all the ingredients for 10 minutes in the freezer. Pour into a container milk, cream, coffee and sugar, all mixed with a whisk.
Pour into a closed ice cream pan, put in the freezer for about 1 hour. After this time open the container and turn the ice cream with a spoon to break the icy upper part; tighten and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the ice cream cake base. Cut Freddi O'Mamma Tiramisù in small slices and cover the pan.
Refrigerate until the ice cream is ready. Take ice cream and cake, pour the ice cream on the sponge cake and spread it evenly with a spatula. Put the cake in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours, covered with paper foil. Open the pan, leaving the glass base.
Finally the coffee ice cream cake can be decorated with whipped cream and chocolate covered coffee beans. At this point it is ready to be eaten. I did not do the usual triangular slices, I preferred to cut with a pastry rings some round slices and add more whipped cream tuffs.
