Choco Hearts_2015

INGREDIENTS

1 cake FREDDI O'Mamma Choco
white and red sugar paste
powdered sugar as needed (to work the sugar paste)
dough cutter in the shape of a heart

How to prepare?
1.

With the help of a mold in the shape of the heart obtained from Freddi O'Mamma Choco two identical hearts. Keep the cuttings and chew during the whole preparation ... is essential to the success of the cake!

Roll out now the white sugar paste, using a bit of powdered sugar, and cut with the same dough cutter, used before, two hearts.

 

3.

With a stencil or a size smaller pasta cutter instead make from the red sugar paste hearts two smaller (of course you can use stencils you prefer or those you have at home, a nice idea could also be to cut your initials or a small writing). We then made from slices of red and white stripes of different sizes and a red lace.


 

4.

You just have to put everything together, using as a glue some water and our personalized cake is ready!
