8 snacks FREDDI Buondolce Fresh Milk
250 g ricotta cheese
250 g mascarpone
250 ml whipping cream
125g powdered sugar
50 g coconut flakes
6 g gelatin sheets Paneangeli
8 strawberries for decoration
On a platter put next to each other the snacks Freddi Buondolce Fresh Milk so they are well-compacted between them.
With a circle adjustable give the shape to the
base. Prepare the cream: whip the ricotta with the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar and coconut until you get a thick, puffed.
Soak gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes, squeeze, dissolve in two tablespoons of boiling water and add to the cream and continue beating
with the whisk to mix well.
Put the cream on the snacks, in the adjustable circle, and let rest in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the next day.
Remove the removable rim, decorate with strawberries and serve.
A fast dessert in its composition, seasonal and very tasty!
