FOR THE BUTTER CREAM
Preparing the butter cream
Whip the butter until creamy and gradually incorporate the sugar, and adding a little at a time the orange juice.
Procedure for cake pops preparation
In a bowl, crumble the pieces of cake or snack or roll.
Add the puffed rice and finally the butter cream. Amalgamate the ingredients well and let them rest in the refrigerator half an hour.
Form small balls and put the sticks in the cake pops and place them in freezer for 20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate and dark chocolate in two different containers in a double boiler.
Dip the cake pop in the chocolate quickly, drain the excess.
Pass in the grain or in the sugar.
