4 FREDDI Buondolce Orange-Carrot snacks
250 ml milk
100 ml vegetable cream
40 gr sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 yolk
1 lemon zest
Heat milk with lemon peel.
Work yolks and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add flour and mix.
Remove the peel from boiling milk and pour it into the mixture.
Bring to medium heat and mix with a whisk until the cream has thickened.
Cool the cream then with a spatula add whipped cream.
Assemble the cake in a jar alternating cream, snack cut into cubes and repeat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
