4 filling of FREDDI Dolcetto Vanilla snacks
150 ml milk
40 gr sugar
1 egg
1 sheet isinglass
vanilla extract
figs
fig jam
Boil milk, add gelatin sheet.
Soak snacks in milk.
Separately, whip egg with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add by sifting the whipped snacks with milk and filling.
Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve with figs and pieces of snack and a stracciata of fig jam.
