Bread and butter pudding_2014
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 FREDDI Dolcetto Apricot
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of granulated sugar
  • 20 g of brown sugar
  • 35 g of macaroons
  • 10 g of butter
  • 10 g of cinnamon
How to prepare?
1.

Mount the eggs with sugar, cinnamon and add the milk.

2.

Cut the Freddi Dolcetto Apricot into pieces, put them in cups alternating with butter flakes and crumbled macaroons.

3.

Pour the mixture of egg with sugar and cinn amon into cups, being careful not to get to the rim, finish with macaroons and sprinkle with brown sugar.

 

4.

Let rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place in an oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
